Dr. Maria Sous was born in Egypt, moved to the United States at the age of six & grew up in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She earned her doctorate at Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry, graduating with cum laude. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in biology where she graduated magna cum laude.
Dr. Sous is deeply committed to providing comprehensive dental care, with a strong emphasis on patient comfort & communication. She is compassionate & understanding with her patients & believes that great dental care begins with a strong doctor-patient relationship. Whether she is easing a patient’s nerves or discussing personalized treatment options, Dr. Sous ensures that every experience is unique & guided by trust & understanding.
Dr. Sous continually expands her knowledge through advanced training & continuing education, enabling her to provide the most up-to-date & effective dental care.
She views dentistry as a holistic practice that extends beyond pain relief & aesthetic enhancement—focusing on fostering overall health, confidence & alleviating dental anxiety.
Outside of her professional life , Dr. Sous enjoys spending time with her family & friends, practicing pilates & yoga, long walks, reading, painting & exploring new culinary spots around Philadelphia. Dr. Sous is thrilled to make Linwood her second home & looks forward to serving the community with compassion & excellence.
