Dr. Akshit Patel grew up in Gujarat, India & earned his first dentistry degree there. In 2016 he moved to the United States, where he continued his dental education. Upon his arrival, Dr. Patel obtained his Expanded Functions Dental Assistant license from Harcum College in Harcum, Pennsylvania. He then attended Temple University School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. While there, he received an award of excellence for his contribution & commitment to the field of pediatric dentistry.

Dr. Patel is passionate about staying current on the latest dental techniques, materials, & technology. He participates in continuing education events as an active member of the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association & the Pennsylvania Dental Association. Dr. Patel is committed to providing preventive & comprehensive dentistry to patients of all ages in a relaxing environment.

When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Patel enjoys cooking with his wife, playing volleyball & cricket & spending time with family.
